My impulse was to zip through this at work - but, once opened, I feel it will be better savored over a cup of coffee (or perhaps tea would be more appropriate?;) after I get good & settled back home this evening.

How fun to get some backstory on Islington and his sisters.
So we have learned that Islington tends to feel responsible for his young sister’s actions and failings. Maybe this is why he’s so bossy with Emma.
The sister who wrote the letter is much nicer and more reasonable than I’d thought when reading Emma’s journals.
