You’ll notice on Amazon that the paperback books are available one minute and then unavailable the next. This is due to the fact that a new release takes time to work into all corners of their system and it is also the busiest shopping day of the year, so just keep checking in and you’ll see the paperback available soon if it isn’t already.

But the kindle is up and the hardcover is also ready to go!
